Since the nature of products is very personal and of no use after opening, and especially after COVID-19 situation, I have a strict NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE policy, which means you cannot request a return on your purchase unless damaged in transit. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of exceptions and damages during transit, I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund but I will never ignore or block you in any case whatsoever.
